I just want to say a very big thank you for the fantastic effort you have made to obtain a spare part for my 17 year old garage door. To go via 3 different countries to get a part worth £15 is a shining example of brilliant customer service. This is particularly relevant when Everest (who originally installed it) said the part was obsolete, cannot be obtained, but they would be happy to replace the whole garage door!!! At a cost of £15 there is clearly not much profit in it for you but, based on how you have dealt with my situation, I would highly recommend your company to anybody needing a new garage door or indeed anything in relation to your complete product range. You clearly have exceptional business ethics and I feel very confident that your customers will always be well looked after both before a sale and for many years afterwards. Many thanks once again for all your help and assistance.

"Early doors?"

We had the choice of replacing our 60+ year old folding sliding garage doors or refurbishing. The floor channel and guides were badly worn but overhead gear in good condition. A couple of the four wooden doors needed clever carpentry but not difficult! The hard bit was paint stripping - I tried Nitromors but this was messy and expensive, so I used a belt sander - cheaper but still messy. Pleased to say the doors are looking great and good for another 60 years. Most of the original Henderson metal parts are still working well. I only had to buy channel and guides. The company were excellent to deal with once I had sussed the website layout! i.e. access to schematics to ensure I bought the right parts, most of which came promptly. The curved channel took a couple of weeks. Well pleased with product quality.

"Henderson 'Tangent' Round The Corner ( Genius System in my view ) - 5* Great Product, Great Support!"

So, here's the thing, A DIY'r getting A* exemplar service!! ??
Needed a 'round the corner' set of garage doors for a very low roof height garage. Problem - low funds..... So, picked up a 2nd hand vintage set of doors complete with Henderson 'Tangent' fittings, tracks and Chanel guides. These are of quite some age but Henderson build quality is so good that with a wire brush clean up I'm recycling almost all of the kit as is. I needed few replacement bits (rusty floor Chanel's - hardly surprising given the age of this kit ) and extra parts, both easy to finds on the (very good ) Henderson web site, but a few minor items weren't shown . A quick phone call and email and Adam, one of Henderson's Engineers, more than helps me out by sending me these bits and pieces in the post without cost, then goes further by offering to provide phone support with any issues I might have in the fitting!!
I've already put the top track in place and installed a trial door and seeing this door go 'round the corner' is just great - what a genius system!
A real example of great British engineering at its finest and I'd suggest an ever rarer example of excellence of customer care from Adam and Henderson's. 10/10 A * Plus and some......

"Problem with old sliding doors"

I had a problem with two sliding doors which were installed a number of years ago. They were not of Henderson manufacture. The guiding pins which were screwed into the floor had snapped off. I bought 2 of your 162 Guides and now the doors work smoothly and silently and I didn't have to take the doors off their runners. The design of the guides is excellent as they can be adjusted in situ. I am very pleased with this simple solution to the problem. Thank you
