I would highly recommend Samuel Staniforth for both their outstanding customer service and for the quality of the knives they manufacture.
Our son has recently got married, and as part of his present we wanted to buy some good quality steak knives made in Sheffield.
I found the website then contacted the company to see if they could give some more information about the choice of products (e.g. straight edge versus serrated) and received a lovely detailed reply with some really useful information. Also the offer was made to have a free tour to allow the newly weds to choose their own style.
I usually don't like online shopping, but in this case I received a wonderful personal service, and felt reassured that this would indeed be a lovely wedding gift.
And so much so, that I ended up ordering a new set of kitchen knives for ourselves! We are loving our new Dymondwood Earth range knives.
