My daughter of 3 years old had an urgent issue with one teeth
Been abroad I call the clinic for immediate visit
Clinic inform just see dentist 25$ seems quite a lot to me
Normal children dentist free consultation or a fees of 7/10$
Priority was my daughter
I had no choice to arrange appoiment

With one condition which clinic agree be inform at first for any service dentist will need carry out to my daughter
including the cost
Finally with mother my daughter job lasted ten minute
Straight after I receive a call from the clinic demanding 120$ plus 25$ to settle the bill immediately
With my shock I ask explanation for the amount to pay
Reason my daughter need it to clean 4 teeth
Each teeth clinic charge 30$
fees it's totally insane no justification be a 3 years old with baby teeth
Clinic charge my daughter as normal adult
Beside all excuses major fact
I was not even inform of service need it and the amount I had to pay
Clinic breached agreement when specific instruction where given
Not to carry out any service unless been first notify
Clinic did not listen anyway
To me it's show unprofessional clinic moreover very mislead
I do feel they took advantage of the situation not be present

I would not raccomend to no one the clinic
Unless every service or cost should be put in writing before
Charge full adults fee to a 3 years old it's ridiculous.Unfair no justification need
It show what level is the clinic
Btw total bill 145$
Has been transfer 140$
Still remind for 5$ missing

"Traumatic experience "

I had 2 teeth removed with a dentigerous cyst. It was a traumatic experience. All the risks of the procedure were not explained before the surgery. Incorrect advice was given for post operative recovery. I suffered an infection with erupted bone fragment and exposed jaw. I have permanent nerve damage resulting in numb lip, chin, gum and tongue, and this has affected my speech.
The Hospital has been dishonest, stating that all risks were discussed and correct advice given. I have asked to be refunded the $1200 USD fee to cover my emergency treatments in another country. They flatly refused and have mobilised their public relations department to deny me proper duty of care and reimbursement. I now know better dentistry for a lot less money can be found elsewhere.

Being there for a long process dental replacement with Dr Pheakday. This doctor is the kindest dentist ever meet, very professional very caring about his patient. I strongly recommend this high tech clinic with a very genuine staff from the receptionist to the X-ray staff to the doctors. You can only feel safe and well taken care of. Much better than France where I am from. Thank you

The service is impeccable, i went there once to check up and clean my teeth and now all family are going there. Really nice atmosphere and great dentist in general. Recommend in cambodia
