Here are the bullet points they don't tell you and they lie on the phone that they only approve cases they are certain they can get the funds back on. But then they state there is a refund policy and their contract says no. I did a lot of homework folks. Run away fast. Mark T. is a very cunning guy.

Then a new excuse come with a new fee and pay that then a new fee arrives so guess what new email today with a new excuse for a new fee Phone call after phone call to move funds and never mention more fees until the funds are removed from your account. I asked many times and Grace Thorne said no the funds stay in your account and then they move them out and ask for a new fund that needs to be paid they all Lie that the funds will stay in your account
