Just got my Efest Lush charger in the mail and I can tell right away that this is a way better charger than what I was using before. It gives me a lot more info regarding the charge of each battery, and it feels far sturdier than my last one. Glad to know my batteries are finally in good hands.

Ordered a week ago and still in processing status, do not respond to any contact information. Stay away, read complaints on BBB before anything like I should have done.

Too bad zero stars isn't an option, they don't even deserve one.

Emailed Vape Society Supply customer service about a mistake with an order because I didn’t want to wait on the phone. Usually I receive a response from a company in a day or two, but they actually emailed me back within a couple of hours. The issue was resolved and now I’m a very happy customer.

"Dont order from them!! Unless you want to wait forever."

Well I ordered 3 bottles of juice on the 22nd. On the 24th I asked them when would my order ship? 1 to 3 bussiness days they say. 7 days as of tomorrow and its still in processing. I sent another email asking why its not been shipped only to be sent what looks like an automated reply stating my "request" has been recieved and being reviewed by support staff!! This is not how you treat any customer, let alone a new one.

I ordered on April 21st and it is now April 28th it still says processing I sent two emails to them have not heard anything back it they have horrible customer service and I've never had this issue with them before if there's a hold up they can at least let someone know instead of ignoring them I don't think I'm going to order from them again just based on their horrible customer service

Got my SMOK Nord Kit today and I couldn’t wait to take it out of the box and start using it. The setup was super easy and already I’m enjoying a really great vaping experience. This is my first time using a pod kit and I definitely feel like it is giving me way more satisfaction than what I was using before.

"I’ve never seen such a wide variety of…"

I’ve never seen such a wide variety of vape juices elsewhere period. Been on a custard kick lately and I have been having a blast going through their selection. Right now, I have four different custard flavors in rotation that all come from different brands, and they are each really tasty in their own way.

"Great customer service!!"

I had to change my order after making a mistake while checking out and I did it through the form they have on their website. I’ve never seen anything like this on an online retailer website before. It’s very thorough and my order came the way I wanted it to. I didn’t have to wait on the phone, and it was a really easy process.

"Not sure I'd use again."

Just like everyone else. Have been waiting a while for my order to be shipped, payed for the 2-5 day for quicker shipping, have not heard from the company, they do not reply to emails. Phone calls are not answered. I had really good service back in October, so giving them the benefit of doubt due to circumstances going on, but at least be in touch with customers, Cause if your not shipping orders you should have plenty of time to let them know. At this point it's a no call no show with them if you order.

Order placed on 4/18 and still have not received any actual communication from the company. Sent 2 follow up emails for ETA, with no response. If i do not receive an email today from them, i plan to call my CC and let them know that this was fraud. I understand that this is a busy time for them, however the lack of basic communication is unacceptable.
