"Worst business ever"

Worst business ever! I placed my order on March 23rd and got a confirmation email the same day but no tracking number and it just says processed. I have sent them multiple emails and even called and no response! It is now April 6th!!! I was told 3-5 days! Its been OVER 2 WEEKS AND NO RESPONSE! THEY CHARGED MY CARD OF COURSE TOO AND NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. They are scammers, plain and simple. I will try to get my money back, but I will never deal with them again and I will make sure everyone I know will never give them business.

Whenever I order my vape juice from these guys, I get my order within a couple days, which is really the main reason I only buy from them. Hate running very low on juice and not knowing if I’m going to run out before my new order arrives.

I ordered a starter kit from them not too long ago, and I was worried when it seemed to be moving slowly. I was pleased to discover that when I called, I got to speak to a representative right off the bat who tracked down the order immediately based on my order number. The item ended up arriving on time.

"NO UPDATES TO ORDERS"

I placed an order on March 26, 2020 at 5:57am. I am writing this review on 4/1/2020 at 9:10am. It has been 6 days since I placed my order and my credit card was charged. On 3/31/2020, 5 days after my order was placed, I sent a request in the morning through their website asking about my order and if it had shipped yet. After no response all day, I sent a follow-up email with my order information asking about the status of my order. They claim to have a 2-3 business day processing time which is fine but it has been six days and i havent heard anything back. I do not know if my order is still processing, if it shipped or if anyone is receiving my messages. Hopefully a review will help get their attention. Stay tuned.

Today I received the Ripe Vapes VCT salt nic version, and I can’t stop hitting it. This flavor is just as good as the original, and the salt nic doesn’t interfere with the smoothness in any way. If you’re a fan of tobacco flavors, this one is a must-have. The price is good here too.

If you haven’t checked out the e-juice collection that these guys have to offer, you really have no idea what you’re missing. When I say they have it all, I really mean that they have it all. I’ve never failed to find exactly what I needed at the time, as they have what seems to be millions of flavors, and they all come from good, premium companies.

Today was my first-time calling customer service, and it was because I had a question about the shipping. I was happy that they were really friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed or stupid for asking a question. They answered my question and made me feel confident that my order would arrive as expected.

I’ve been a vape society supply customer for about a year now and I have no need to look elsewhere for my vaping goods. They have every eliquid I could possibly ask for, and they’re always adding new ones to their inventory. They also ship very fast which is important to someone like me who goes through them pretty fast.

Finally tried out a couple vape juice flavors from Candy King after hearing about the brand for so long. I got the worms flavor and the bubblegum flavor. Both are very tasty and have a nice balance of flavors. Neither has an artificial sugar taste, which is a nice refreshing change from other candy vapes on the market.

Since I was used to shopping in vape shops around town for my e-liquids, I was blown away by the price difference when I looked for my favorite flavors at Vape Society Supply. Now, I see no reason to shop anywhere else. Even with shipping costs, I end up saving money in the long run.
