Ordered 1 week ago a very simple order 1 bottle of vape juice ....a week later and still processing won’t answer phone sent multiple emails even contacted them through Facebook at this point I give up I leaned a lesson .....but this so called company needs to be put out of business

I have tried few vape suppliers before finally settling down to vape society supplies. I must say it was a good decision. VSS is one heck of vape suppliers and service providers. Their website is full of amazing vape products and vape accessories. Ejuices, loaded flavour butter, nicotine salts, donuts and tons of vape accessories. They even have a wide variety of vape apparels and vape devices. I am fan of the nicotine salts variety offered by the VSS. They have so many options and once you mix the salts with the eJuices, the final result is extremely satisfying and amazing. I have not seen the similar results with any local nicotine salts brands or eJuices. I also ordered one naked t-shirt and cap from the apparel section and the quality is just amazing. Apart from this, I have placed 3 orders from the vape products and accessories and all of them turned out to be top notch. The prices of the products are also very nice. Every items is at the lower rates than your any local stores. Almost all the products are on sale and there are combo deals that give you further discounts. The quality of the product is really nice. Shipping team of the vape social supplies is quite efficient and prompt too. All my orders were confirmed promptly and delivered on time without any damage. There was a slight confusion about the delivery address but it was handled very professionally by the team and delay was taken care of within the time of delivery.

On January 21 make a purchase,as today 01/29, I don't receive my ejuice, send emails,no one responded, VERY BAD customer service,be careful when you buy from this company,at this point,I guess they tried to keep my money.

A friend told me where she's been ordering her vape juice, and I was in need. My first order placed a few days before I'd run out. The shipping they charged says 2 - 5 days. Well, after 5 days I decided to check online. To see where my order was, that was 7 days ago NOW. And here I sit 5 unanswered emails, No vape juice, and NOT a clue if I'll ever see what I paid for. Yeah I'm going back to e-cigcity.com . They answer ALL questions in a timely fashion and have even overnighted anything they forgot to put in my order. Which was 1 time.

I have placed 2 orders with them so far and really happy with the quality and prices of the products. I got eJuices and vape accessories on combo deals and believe me, it was a steal deal. The shipment has always been very swift and in professional manner. Shipping team confirmed the address before finalizing delivery and delivered products on time without any product damage.

This place has really terrible customers service.
If you order from these guys, you better hope they get it right the 1st time. Because if they don't, you are totally on your own. They triple charged my card for a single order. I emailed them multiple times and called, no response at all. Go somewhere else to buy you supplies.

Not sure what happened to these other people, but I ordered mine, was shipped 2 days later and arrived very quickly (2 days) after shipment - no complaints here! Also not paid for this, just got concerned when I saw the reviews after I ordered, but no worry was needed.

Been buying for a few years loyally. Sometimes their slow on shipping but good overall.

I ordered on Jan 7th, got a confirmation on the 15th, it’s the 27th and I still have received my order. Have emailed many times every day but no reply. Have called at least ten times and no answer on the phone.

Been out of juice for a few weeks now so I’ll order from someone else and contact my bank for a chargeback. Seems they’re out of business or will be soon.
