Placed two orders with them and the "turn around time" was great; my third order placed on Dec 2, (order # 815609) is still processing and today is 12-11-19. I have sent several messages with only an automated response that the message was received. If I continue to receive service like this; this order will most likely be the last one.

I ordered on 11/27. Gave the benefit of the doubt with the holiday. Emailed on the 10th day, not response. Another email on the 12th day no response. I've been ordering from VS for over a year now. In fact I've referred many people to them because I've had great experiences and products from them. However I am very disappointed that I haven't received any communication on what the status of my order it. Order number is 786208, date 11/27.

Order placed 10 days ago, still processing after 2 emails sent with no reply. Just sent a refund request and will be contacting my bank first thing in the morning. Never again. Third strike, should have learned from last time, but it didn't take this long to get the product last time. I order over $100 every time and order at least once a month. I should have read the reviews before buying from them again. I used to order from Vape Society Supplies but then stopped and went to a different vendor about half a year ago. Well, my other vendor was out of the product and so I ordered from Vape Society, forgetting that in the past they said they had products on their websites but in reality they didn't. So after I placed my order today, I wanted to call and verify that they had it and would be sending it priority mail since I paid $8.69 for the fastest shipping... well the call went straight to voicemail. In the past they used to answer their calls immediately. In case you are reading this, I need to know if you have my order# 826694 and if it's going to be sent out today or tomorrow if not, please issue me a refund immediately... not in 2 or 3 weeks like in the past when you didn't have my products and I didn't find out until a week later. I want my refund to hit my account as quickly as you took it out. I'm also posting a 1 star review on yelp.

I've been ordering from Vape Society for over a year and never had a problem until now. Order was placed on 11/29 and today is 12/9. I have emailed and called multiple times and received no response.
I work in the ecommerce industry so I have sympathy for CS workers buried under the holiday rush, but you MUST always inform your customers of any delays that occur for any reason. A simple email or even a quick blurb on the homepage would be fine. Even a social media post assuring people that late orders are being worked on. ANYTHING is better than nothing. This is the basic level of customer service that any store should be able to perform and should I know because I've been doing it myself for many years.
If anyone from Vape Society is reading this, please update me on order #799430. Even if the something I bought is backordered I would at least like to be informed. I'll update my review if I get a response.
EDIT: I finally got through to someone on Facebook Messenger of all things. Apparently some of my items are backordered and they are holding the order. While i'm glad to finally have an answer I think it's pretty bizarre that I've had to chase down a reply through social media rather than any of the usual channels. A quick backorder notice email when the order was placed would have been greatly appreciated.

I have been a loyal customer for over a year and this is the first time they have not responded to emails and don't answer the phone. I placed my order Dec 1 but turn around time is max 72 hours. After multiple emails and calls with no response they FINALLY responded to my complaint on Facebook days later and gave me a refund. Very unprofessional, don't waste your time or money. There are plenty of other amazing companies out there who actually answer their phone and care about their customers.
