"This place is the WORST"

Took my money and ran. Thieving scum! Order placed on 5/22. Same results for all inquiries. CRICKETS. Buyer beware, this place is a burn. This is my 4th order with this site in the last 3 months and the service has gotten progressively worse over that time. Had to go purchase what I already paid these crooks for 2 weeks ago. Next stop BBB
UPDATE 6/11 After 3 weeks I finally got a response. The order moved from processing to "pre-shipment" which means they printed a shipping label, but haven't actually shipped my order yet. I order from ejuices.com 3 days ago and that order actually shipped yesterday.
I contacted the juice manufacturer that I ordered and let them know that vapesocietysupplies.com is charging cards and not shipping orders, or returning calls and emails. The juice manufacturer referred me to vapesocietysupplies.com from their website, so i let them know and they contacted vapesocietysupplies.com on my behalf and zi finally got a response. I'll feel better when the juice is in my hand. I will never order from this crappy operation again, I would advise you to do the same. THEY SUCK

"Same as everyone else"

Same as everyone else: placed my order on May 20 and IT’S still processing on June 5th!!? I call BS. 6 emails, no response, 3 voicemails, nothing! I believe this company has shut down but is still taking orders and ripping us off. I will dispute the $60 they took from me with my CC company and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

"Terrible Customer service"

My first order came great. Never place a second order from them.
I ordered on May 20 and it was supposed to ship by May 23. It is now June 5 and still says processing. I have contacted them 3 times with no response. Don't call, it just goes to their voicemail. I am out $60 with no Vape juice from them.

Someone said they finally got a response after posting here, so I am going to try that.
Here is what is says at the top when I go to my Orders: Order #2270968 was placed on May 20, 2021 and is currently Processing.

Same as the rest, I have been a customer of Vape Society Supply for 3 years and never had an issue. My latest order placed on May 18th is still in processing. No response from multiple calls and emails. Gonna call my credit card company and mark this company off my list.

Do not order from here any more. Period.

Same issue as everyone else. $100 order on 5/18.. no updates, emailed on 5/27, no response.. called on 6/1, went to voicemail.. no response.. called again today, went to voicemail.

I suggest anyone who's made the mistake of ordering from VSS contact your bank/credit card and request a chargeback.

"I use to order all the time"

Update Jun 15th
My vaoe juices finally showed up.

use to order all the time. Never had any issues. Then last month April 29th I made an order. Around 70 bucks. 5 days after I made the order my package scanned in Missouri. Hasn't scanned since. I emailed them half a dozen times with no response. Finally got a response. And basically told me I have to eat it. They can't refund me until I send back my order. Plz tell me how the hell I'm supposed to send back an order that I never recieved. Since the pact act they went with a different carrier to deliver products. They should sue this new carrier . I'm absolutely mind blown that a large company like this will allow there customers to take a loss on an order like this. I've been ordering from them for over a year. Since the Pandemic I started working from home. I send packages out on the daily. And when a package goes missing I replace it or I refund my customer. Apparently one customer isn't that important to them. They've lost my business. And I suggest you look elsewhere before sending these people your money. I've tried emailing them again recently and what a shocker no response. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Smh

"Ordered close to $100 worth of juice…"

Ordered close to $100 worth of juice 5/19 and today is 6/2 and still say processing.. no response to emails.. phone always goes to voicemail... no reponse to my voicemails.

I am about to call my credit card company to reverse the charges if Vape Society Supply does not respond.
