"You CAN'T go wrong ordering from Luminess!"
I had 9,000 bonus points I had to use by 9/30/24 or I would lose them. I went online to the Luminess site on 9/28/24 and started ordering a variety of make-up to complete my collection from Luminess. Their site is easy to navigate, the prices are very reasonable compared to what I would pay at a retail store and with the points I redeemed I got a GREAT deal from Luminess. I also have the satisfaction of knowing if I ordered the wrong color, I can contact their customer service department for an exchange or a refund. I have already had contact with their customer service in the past and they were friendly, courteous and very helpful. You can't go wrong ordering from Luminess. I have been a LOYAL customer since the first air brush system came out about 10 years ago. They are constantly updating their products to accommodate the color choices and lifestyles of their customers. I now use the spray foundation and I LOVE it. Overall, my experiences with Luminess has been very positive.

I absolutely love Luminess they got my color matched perfectly and if feels like satin and you don’t feel like you have makeup on because it’s not heavy but it covers I love it

"Not great product-hard to cancel subscription"
I use the Spray on system, occaisionally - it seems to go on OK, but as the day wears on, the product settles into my pores and wrinkles. I have been trying to cancel the auto ship. From the dashboard, there is a "Cancel Subscription" link, when you press that, a box pops up that tells you to email them. I did and then I got an email back saying I had to call. You should NOT have to go through 3 steps. You SHOULD be able to cancel from your dashboard! The CS rep that helped was great, but I do NOT recommend this product or their account management systems.

The coverage was great! It wasn’t to matte and provided the color I needed for my skin tone.

"The shade is too light."
The shade is too light. And the way it made my skin feel, I didn’t like, I had to put in too much work to make it work and it creases in my under eye, even though I use setting powder it’s not right, I would like to cancel my order. So can I get a shipping label?
