Horrible customer service. I trusted the company because Bobbie Thomas on the Today show recommended it. But don’t! It took me days to resolve an issue with payment. I finally reached someone on the phone after leaving 2 messages and emailing and they could not explain what had happened and just kept asking me if I liked the product. I do like the product but I will never order from them again because if you have any issues you won’t be able to resolve them.

I didn't know my credit card would be charged $59 after I paid the $15 introductory offer. I even offered to send the product back, but was told I was past the 2 weeks. Word of advice, read all the fine print very carefully.

Sent the wrong color for me a bit to orange. Plus it said free trial and then I got billed $90 I'm on a fixed income I would not have tried this had I known they was charging for a free trial. The color is dark and orange looking

These people are professional AVOIDERS! My color didn’t match so I called to return it and was told I needed to do more instructions on how to apply it and I was doing it wrong, although they never asked how I applied it or asked if I had already watched the tutorial, which I did! So they sent me another shade. I called customer service to return the items and he said “this isn’t a try then buy deal!” So he did NOT want me to send the items back! I demanded he send me the information. Well I have to package it, pay for return and then CALL THEM WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER AND THEN THEY WILL REFUND MY PURCHASE! I told him that I will do that but there are to be MO ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO MY CARD AND I DO NOT WANT ANY FURTHER CHARGES OR PRODUCTS!
The makeup is not a good coverage and I am 55 so I’ve been doing this a while now! If it seems too good to be true then it is!!!!
