I started out with the wrong shade 170. It was a pleasantly smooth experience to call, speak with a human, and was connected immediately to a color specialist who through conversation was able to match me correctly. My shade 150 arrived today, and I couldn't be more please. I highly recommend this product. Good people who'll work with you to get it right.

Not my color. no help returning this item. False advertisement, the price for free trial is way higher than advertised. Then they sent me an item I didn’t ask for and charged me for that thinking I was going to want it! NO THANK YOU I DO NOT WANT NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. However the brush is good quality very soft may consider keeping that , but definitely nothing else from them

"Very disappointed. Not an actual color match guarantee."
I tried the airbrush spray silk with the color match guarantee. It's not a guarantee as you can only change the color once. It's very difficult to see which color to select based on a small square sample online, and there are no descriptions on the undertones.
Customer support was not good as I was disconnected while on hold twice and told that a new color would be sent. It never arrived. Finally I spoke to someone that gave me a 50% refund, but It was still a waste of almost $50 since I still do not have the correct color.
Update: Luminess responded to this review requesting that I contact the customer service #. Admirable that the company responded to my review, less so is that there's a mistake in the #. Also, it's the same #(without the extra digit) that disconnected me 2x and left me on hold for 28 minutes--no thanks!

"Bad customer service "
This is the second interaction I have with customer service, back in February I called to return the product a get a refund they refuse to do that but I “got to cancel the subscription”. Checking on my finances today I found a charge of almost 80 dollars I call again and was told that I never called before and that’s why the subscription was not cancelled, the agent today however was somewhat helpful, that why I’m giving 2 starts, however now I have to wait until the package arrives and send it back and spend money on a shipment because the first agent didn’t cancel the subscription, I CANT use this product at all, it harms my skin. I’m reading now I won’t get a refund even if I sent the product. What a bad customer service
