This was a nightmare!!!.. I finally got them to stop auto taking money out of my account...now after FINALLY being able to see the invoice, I requested after trying to cancel many times, After seeing that i paid over 500 dollars for a spraying system I returned!!!.. I'm on a fixed income, so this really hurt!!!.any one dealing with this company, warning, handle with EXTREME caution, to say they owe me a refund is a UNDERSTATEMENT to say the least...I have NEVER nor would I EVER pay this much for makeup!.I only wanted to TRY it through trial...who would have thought 500 dollars later that they would have swindled me out of this much money!!!!!!!

Today,I called to cancel my automatic subscription. First, I don't think your Company disclose this information upfront. It shows once you made the purchased. Even if pay the initial $6 who wants to pay $68 for foundation every 2 months. Unless,your a makeup artist or you use a lot of makeup. I spoke to Dulce to process my cancelation and I am still waiting for the email to indicate this. Not for me but customer service was great.

Lisa was wonderful! I did not like the make up at first, but I was using wrong primer for my skin. I needed a matte, and I was using a hydrating primer. Lisa also matched my color. Such patience.! Great customer service.
