They handled everything with care and loaded the truck so well and strategically so that everything fit in one load. They even finished under the time they originally estimated! Rio Moving had sent Alan and DeAndre (absolute legends) to help us move from a storage unit in Los Angeles to a house in Long Beach. The quoting and arranging process with David was efficient and timely, and it was easy to get a quote for upsized truck sizes etc. The boys were incredibly helpful, hard working and did everything they could to make it a smooth and successful move. Our sincerest thanks go to Alan and DeAndre for their help, they did an amazing job and we couldn't have completed the move successfully without them. I had an excellent move out experience with Rio Moving. John and Al were so easy to work with, they were polite and careful with my things, and nothing was damaged or broken. They were incredibly patient with a difficult drop off location. They had to maneuver around a tricky driveway and move out 2-3 times to let other people on the premises out.
