I bought two bottles from Fringoo via amazon. One arrived damaged, I tried to get in contact with them to resolve the issue but I haven't heard back. Shocking customer service.

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. The zip toggle broke on my 5 year old daughters lunch bag, a week after starting to use it. Contacted fringoo, who advised a replacement zip toggle would be sent. Almost 2 weeks later this has still not been received. Contacted them to ask when I should receive it. Tracking number was finally sent to me, and I have tracked the item to a local post office. Absolutely zero communication from them to advise of tracking number, or that the item would be getting delivered to the post office. Really poor service that I am just expected to know where the item will be delivered, and magically become aware of it being there to collect. Avoid unless you want to do a lot of unnecessary chasing. Will not be purchasing from Fringoo again.
Edited to add - Response below from Fringoo just highlights how poor their communication is. This review clearly states about their customer service and that I contacted them. Trying to pass the blame to Amazon, despite Amazon only delivering the item. My issue has been with Fringoo customer service, with sending out a replacement for a faulty part, not Amazon.

"Amazing customer service"
Amazing customer service. I received my order today and the backpack had a slight defect with a stain on. The customer service received my email, dealt with it and gave me a returns label within 30 minutes. Just so amazing. We love our backpacks! We have Fringoo bags that we use for swimming that are also amazing. Thanks again, will definitely be recommending!!

"Brilliant customer service"
Ordered 2 bottles for my daughter. Arrived on a Friday. Washed them out when I got home from work (4pm) to discover one had a hole in the bottom.
Emailed Fringoo with a photo of the damage not expecting a response as it was a Friday. Got a reply within 10 minutes saying a replacement would be sent. Replacement arrived Wednesday no hole and a happy daughter.

"Broken bottle"
Broken bottle. Bought from Amazon for my little boy. It worked great for a couple of weeks but then the lock broke and had a screw hanging out. I contacted Amazon who put me in touch with Friggo. I am only after a replacement part, not even a new bottle but no response. Very disappointing as it’s too dangerous to use the bottles. Save your money and buy a cheaper one, they last longer and much better customer service.
