I came across BridgeWell Capital online and I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Kaitlyn McQuinn was my account executive and she did an amazing job! My file was closed very smoothly. I took out a loan on one investment property so far but will use BridgeWell for all my real estate investments. The interest rates are high but this is the norm in the industry and Kaitlyn walked me through every step.
