I received the product in the time that I was told and quality of product with printed name on it was better than I was expecting, so very happy and already planning my next merchandising purchase.

"A difficult shipment turned into a satisfied customer"

Vishal helped with the design, contacted me a couple of times and was generally very professional in following up our order for a thousand printed balloons.
However, where he really shone was in keeping the situation under control when the carrier failed to deliver (which was eventually found to be because the carriers own tracking system had us wrongly located). After following up more than once, he got the carrier to locate us and deliver just in time. Thanks, Vish.
