Fantastic service from start to finish. I bought a 2nd hand EV from Craig who was very helpful and friendly. Even charged it up before I picked it up.

Took my car for its first service at Nathaniel yesterday. Really impressed, fantastic customer service from Phoebe. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

SPOTTED A GREAT DEAL - called to arrange test drive and inspection a few days before decison to purchase. Very friendly and supportive sales person on the phone. Arrived on site next day, made very welcome. Plenty of free tea and biscuits :)....Friendly staff. Took a test drive and inspection. Decided to buy - No pressure from Sales - paperwork arranged and deposit paid. PDI would be complete within 3 days. Returned 4 days later to pick up the vehicle. Payment made, all paperwork including DVLA reg and tax sorted within 30 minutes. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - GREAT SERVICE.
