"Great customer experience"

Zack Hector kept on his promise to have my car delivered on time. That's the only way a business can grow in the long run. By having satisfied customers. Zack was always there to answer my calls and he informed me of each step of the car shipment. Be aware that the original estimated price is only an estimate and that the price may increase when a transporter is found. It is up to the customer to let know the broker to find another shipper or accept the price.

"PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. This company (Jeff) quoted me a price for two of my cars and I confirmed the shipment of my car with them on 5/20/2023 for the cars to be shipped on 6/23 and 6/27. I was told by Jeff that I would be given the driver's information (insurance and credentials) at least one week prior to the pickup of each car. The week of 6/23 came, and I had not heard anything. I had to call and text multiple times to get a response which made me nervous as I thought I was being scammed. I finally got ahold of an agent by the name of Devan who told me I would be given driver's information 2 days before pickup date. That day came and I still was not advised of anything. After numerous calls and arguments, the pickup day came still with no information being provided to me, and I get a call from the "driver" telling me they are 20 minutes away. I was at my son's 8th grade graduation and could not be there to give them the car as I was not given any type of advance notice. The day after my first car was supposed to be picked up, I finally was given a driver where we ended up paying $200.00 more than the original quoted price. My other vehicle was scheduled to be picked up on 6/27 which was the day of my flight that was relocating my family, so it was crucial that my car be picked up on this day. Again, I had to call and text Jeff and Devan numerous times to get any kind of communication about my vehicle. I was literally having my calls screened and not answered because I would call and be sent to a que where music was playing and would be getting texts from the agents telling me they were on the phone negotiating with drivers. Then, I get a call that they have scheduled a driver and it would cost me $1,100.00 which is $700.00 more than the $400.00 price I was quoted. I was livid and refused to pay that price and demanded another driver. Again, my calls and texts were screened, and ignored, and I had to leave on a flight to move down to Florida and I had no choice but to leave my vehicle with a friend who lived locally until they could find me a driver that asked for a more reasonable price. Dozens of phone calls and texts later, I finally got my car shipped for a reasonable price which was still $250.00 more than the originally quoted price. I was in Florida a week and a half before I had my car with me. I was also told the on July 1st that my car was getting picked up at 8am on July 3rd at 8am. My friend had to take the day off work to be able to meet with the driver and provide the keys to me vehicle. That day came and it was 11am and still no driver. It took hours to get in touch with Jeff about this and when he finally decided to respond, he told me he never said that this was definite. When he told me this, I was in a room full of people and he was on speakerphone and we all heard him give me the date and time. He then proceeded to tell me that my friend should go into work because my car was not getting picked up on this day. It was already 6 hours into her shift when he finally decided to advise me of this. I would also like to address 2 other things to make future potential customers aware. The day after I booked with this company and provided my AMEX card number to charge the initial booking fee, I had a fraudulent charge of $547.00 on my card for a purchase made through the Tiktok App. I did not make this purchase and prior to me providing my card number to this company, never had an issue with my card being used fraudulently. It could be a coincidence, but after the run I've had with this company, I would not be surprised if this happens often. This company was completely unprofessional. To top it all off, I received a call from Devan today telling me I had to give a positive review so the agents can get extra compensation. What kind of crap is that? After what they put me through? The audacity of this company's agents is unheard of. Well Devan, you asked me to give a review, so I hope you and your superiors enjoy it!!

"Negotiations are part of it"

Company was easy to deal with. Anna Martin was pleasant and helpful. Price originally quoted ($250. which I thought was surprising cheap) stuck until day of transport, then quadrupled. I refused until a better price was found. A few phone calls later, as better prices were offered,I agreed to $399. Car was transported promptly within the day (Ala. to NC) and ended well. I found negotiation to be part of the process. Would deal with them again.

I strongly do not recommend it to anybody, had a horrible experience with this company they ended costing me more money in the end and kept my deposit, nick rose was the representative that was helping me at the time and after I wanted my money back he was never in the office...
