"Poor delivery"

I have ordered from this site twice (once pre pandemic) both times there’s been problems with the delivery. Delivery is delayed or inflexible. Also the communication is misleading giving incorrect timelines then when queried they came back saying that the timeline given isn’t possible although the order confirmation quotes it. The delivery company used the first were difficult to deal with and had even worse communication. In short if you can find the item you want on another website I would avoid this company.

Horrible quality of clothing and SO over priced it isn't even funny! Look's completley different on the website for what you actually recieve in person. It couldn't even get the clothing item on measurments are not true on website!!!! Also, they sent me the wrong order. Delivery fee is also super expensive. NOT worth it!

Habe mir Schuhe über Revolve bestellt, diese aber dann doch wieder zurück geschickt. Gutschrift kam nach 2 Wochen. Der Kundenservice ist freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit.

I love the online experience of Revolve but I rarely keep items because they often look or fit much different than in the pictures. I wish the photo editing maintained the true color of the garment. I'm sticking with it to try to figure out my sizing better because I love the variety of brands and styles! I love that you guys make free returns quick and easy and the try on size is a great feature. I would love it if I could enter my measurements and Revolve would advise on the size I should order in each garment (like rent the runway).

I was a bit worried spending $317 on a dress. But my daughter really wanted it, so I took a chance. It came quickly and looked like the photo. Very well made. Really thick and heavy quality fabric. Zero complaints so far. It doesn't feel or look cheap at all. I'd order again for sure.
