"Ordered Wednesday and arrived Thursday - great!"
I ordered 4 lengths of trim online on Wednesday at 08.00 and they have arrived today, Thursday at 09.45 and they were very well packaged. I did have to call them as I had stupidly forgotten to order some corner pieces and I found them very polite and helpful. From my own experience I honestly couldn't have asked for any more.

As pervious reviews - I placed an online order by 2:30pm and paid for next day delivery. later that evening I had a text saying it was out of stock. not very helpful now i had no chance of getting anything else for the following day from another company! I delayed my tiler 2 days, called the company to check their stock level on a different brand of trim ( same colour) the person i spoke with said they had 7 lengths which was perfect. I ordered it, on next day delivery. Heard nothing so waited all day but no delivery by 4pm, called the company so discover this item is out of stock too! not sure how when i physically called to check! appalling customer service to say it was in stock and send an email saying my product was packed and shipped! then to not deliver! avoid at all costs! ....also worth noting when i called and found my product wasn't coming I asked what brands they did have in stock and it turns out they have nothing! so the website is never kept upto date and i would have been in the same boat if I reordered.... note to your reply - the clock on your website said I ordered in time and you sent a confirmation email both times telling me my order was on its way! Maybe don’t send these until the item is actually on it’s way!? Also I phoned and checked the product code with the second order and was told there was some so again, don’t confirm availability when there isn’t any. Also you had NO! Black trim available when I asked just anthracite which isn’t black. So your website needs updating.

"Complete fail"
Sadly this was a complete fail on their part. Ordered trim Thursday for next day delivery. 6pm Friday no delivery, rang delivery depot 'oh it can't come out today'. Promised saturday delivery. Saturday morning depot call - there's nothing in the tube, what am I expecting. Oh they've found some trim so it must be that.
3m saturday - trim arrives, not what I ordered. Called Premium Tile Trim, office is closed.
Wait till monday morning - apology but all they can do is get re-sent out today for delivery Tuesday. Can't even get me pre 9am delivery (couriers aren't doing it because of covid, apparently).
If they really wanted to, between Premium Tile Trim, the manufacturer, and the delivery company, someone could have taken responsibility and made sure I get my product same day or next morning. But no.
So I waited 4 days for nothing.
I could have ordered from somewhere else if I'd known this would happen. Instead I've had to drive round to find what I need, because my tiler is waiting.
They will say they apologised and offered what they could, but it's not good enough. I've waited in for 2 days for deliveries, and wasted 4 days on this. They could have done more to rectify it, but chose not to.

Brilliant company! Ordered trim on 25th received it on 26th! Had already ordered and received a sample which meant I could order correct size and colour. Trim is a beautiful colour. Thank you for probably best online buying experience.
