"I had some position on USD/TRY"

I had some position on USD/TRY, unexpectedly on 9 May 20 had call I have to close down my positions on this currency, no warning and discussion they close down the account and freeze the this per from their site, since then the pair expectedly gone back to normal and I lost over 130K with no proper explanation.
Ps. I did send an email complaining to Support about 7 days ago but so far no response from them. That was my life saving, they don’t Give dam what happens to individual, they don’t take responsibility.

I have a GO pro account and to be honest you should only use this is you are going to be traded frequently. I trade very often and also use high frequency EA’s. The Pro account compliments this as it give me very low spreads with an added commission. This works well for me as I am happy to swallow a $3.50 commission because my spreads are much tighter than a standard account which is generally the decisive factor between profit and loss when trading high frequency.
