My visit was helpful, but, of living in the Cotswolds, would of been made easier had I not had to travel into London.

I have purchased many times from H&C and this time ordered a suit only to be sent the jacket as the trousers were out of stock. I was not consulted as to whether I required a suit jacket on its own and then I was charged to return a box I never even opened. Not good enough customer service is very poor.
