Michael has kept in constant contact, checking in and ensuring i understood everything i was learning about during this process. This company has conacted me yet again today, i do not open or respond to them as i am a covid cripple and cannot deal with bullies and lies. As per my previous posts i have today recieved a threafening email from c&k financials telling me NOT to state the truth on Trustpilot. I have and will not respond to this scam company! I have had a response from London city Police and fca stating that this is a scam company. They claim they have been operating for 30 years..if so where are their financial accounts, they dont exist, Do not have anything to do with this corrupt compan the authorities have expised them as fraud.

I understand from your query that you received an email from C & K Finance requesting further information regarding your request for a loan. You'd stated to them you had not applied for a loan and asked further questions which the firm did not answer. They did say though that they had paid for your data. You have concerns around firms selling peoples data. I appreciate this has caused concerns so I’ve provided information below which you may find useful.
C&K Finance
I’ve conducted a search on the Financial Services Register (FS register) which is a public database of the firms we authorise and regulate and it also shows warning pages for unauthorised firms.
From the information provided, I've been unable to locate a firm called C&K Finance which means they are not authorised by us - this may be a scam. I’d guide you to proceed with extreme caution, have no further dealings with them and not to pay them any money.
If a firm is offering certain investments or financial services in the UK or if they have any affiliation to the UK, then they should be authorised by the FCA to do this. If they're not authorised then they may be operating a scam and you wouldn’t have any protections in place if anything went wrong.
This company states they have 30 years legacy, the director is 38 yrs old, they have a great team yet companies house states the company isnt even 1 yr old, there have been no accounts submitted and only ! member of staff, the director He is still sending me stupid emails of which I am having nothins to with him. He has my details as he purchased them from a company who he doesnt rmember who he paid?? Lie after lie.
