"It feels they are closed for holidays"
As one with Interior Design background, I was Designing a house and wanted to get some guidelines as to how to use lighting for practicality safety and design enhancement. I soughed some lighting consultation on Dimco back in April.
7/4/2023: I have visited Nicosia Branch along with my plans. The staff refused politely to help saying (1) we need an appointment and (2) there is a special division (called Level) specializing in lighting consultation. Dimco Provided Level my contact details.
10/4/2023 I had an incoming call from them to book an appointment and I was asked to send drawings first, so we could have something to discuss on.
22/5/2023 I have sent a set of drawings and 3d visuals via we transfer.
25/5/2023 Called to see if they have received the drawing pack. I was prompted to resend it using dropbox, which I did the next day.
1&2/6/2023 I have called and asked for feedback. NO ANSWER
12/6/2023 made follow up email when should I expect any form of feedback, mentioning that having them design my house was not my intention and that all I wanted was a meeting for consulting me so I could do it myself. NO ANSWER
21/6/2023 e-mailed to check their intentions in some form of complaint that waiting might be acceptable but not knowing what to expect at the end of it, is not. NO ANSWER up to 23/6/2023.
note that on the above one-way correspondence there were two recipients (one in form of CC).
In short, not answering made me feeI like the company suddenly stopped operating (which is not the case).
I would prefer a reply asking to be patient, or even refuse with a realistic excuse. Not knowing their intentions at all, is not professional! Why should waste my time and not look elsewhere (which I have to admit, I should)

Visited the store in Paphos to ask about grow lights. The senior shop assistant (judging by his age) was unhelpful and impatient, made me feel very uncomfortable . I will not visit this business again.

This company's sales force has bad manners towards clients, they are totally inflexible in their sales dealings and they have a very dictatorial business ethic. I'm not likely to do any business with them again ..
