"A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing"
Codebrew initially presents a polished and professional front, with a team that seems genuinely invested in your project. However, this facade quickly dissipates once they secure the initial payment.
The project lead becomes the primary point of contact, relentlessly pushing for milestone payments. Any requests for modifications or clarifications are met with vague promises and delays. They'll frequently share screenshots and videos of incomplete features, creating a false sense of progress.
Do not be fooled by their tactics. Hold off on payments until you witness the full functionality of the app and web platform. Once you've paid, be prepared to chase them for updates and results.
I strongly advise against working with Codebrew. Their lack of transparency, poor communication, and disregard for client satisfaction is appalling. My experience has been a costly lesson, and I hope others can learn from my mistake.

"Unprofessional staff"
Unprofessional staff. Worst company I'd ever worked with.

"Lost 1500$ with them"
I lost 1500$ , as i paid the signup amount for getting my project done from them.
After the payment, i found them to be very unprofessional, and unethical in their practices.
1. They don't have a well trained team , i had to literally wait for few weeks to get answers for my questions regarding theor application.
2. I had a customization requirement, and we agreed to a cost for that in our sales agreement. But later during the delivery of the application, they started giving me excuses. After i insisted, and complained, they agreed to implement the requirement. They started asking for next payment installment, but never came up with any requirement document of my customization. Seemed like theybdo everything in the air, and the client should be ready to get a surprise any moment.
3. I had to literally chase them to get them on call when needed. They told me to write my questions in a excel, so that they can respond to those. And this was when i haven't even gotten a demo. Imagine asking questions about a black box, and then they take 1 week to answer those, and then you ask your questions again, on a excel sheet.
4. Their application is mostly one time charges. Me and my team were so scared that if their behavior is such when the payment is pending, what could you expect in application support after you go live, and you don't owe any money to them. Scary, isnt it? They could ask for more money, maybe thats their business model.
5. I'm in North America, and this is a indian company. They would literally ask me to take calls in indian time zone. I remember myself , and my team taking calls at 5am EST. I can do it, but its so weird to ask everyone else to join at such time. This means they don't have global support team. If they do, they never support , lolz, atleast they didn't support me.
6. After the signup payment, i got a surprise that they have recurring costs like Server cost, SMS gateway, Email gateway, Google maps etc. The costsbare fine but this wasn't disclosed at the time of sale. So beware. Thats why i feel they are not ethical in their practices. Eventually i had to threaten them to cancel the project, and then they agreed to install the application on their own servers, so there is no cost to me.
Me and my team got frustrated to such a level, that we had to cancel the project, as a result loosing our signup amount.

"Good & Supportive Team"
The company is supportive, diligent, you have to take the stock of the situation on a weekly or fortnightly basis. But we have got all the support and team is still supporting us. We as the client always insist to go through each & every part of the agreement and meet all the team members. Rest all good from our side for Code Brew

"Terrible product, worse customer engagement. "
Don’t be deceived by the promise of an agile approach to customise standard software. The software itself was subpar lacking the most fundamental flows which can be changed for additional payment. Which appears to be an elaborate ruse. I learnt the hard way.
I suspect the positive reviews might be fake. Do your due diligence and ask for a very detailed walk through before signing the agreement.

"Being a taxi fleet operator"
Being a taxi fleet operator, we wanted an Uber-like app with ride hailing, tracking, and automated billing. They delivered a taxi booking solution that just revolutionized our taxi business. While the app is user-friendly and efficient, it helps streamlining our operations end-to-end. We have seen a significant increase in our bookings since we launched the app.

"Code brew labs is the among the best businesses I have dealt with"
Impressive level of app development service. We worked with Code Brew Labs to develop the Food app. The look and functionality of the app are excellent, offering our users a flawless experience. Even though we had some concerns about the app's designs and color schemes, they fixed them after we had thorough conversations. For them to use their capabilities successfully. All things considered, this is among the best businesses I have dealt with.
