You can't fault the service, personal, informative and exceptionally easy to use. Much respect goes out to Dean Clarke for keeping me informed and more importantly being patient enough to stick with me through the process no matter how long it took. From the identification of the vehicle and then the protracted negotiations, many a lesser company would have backed away thinking I was a time waster. I would not hesitate to recommend Charles & Dean to any friends or family, a truly hands on 5 star service in todays market.

Great people to deal with, also the best package I could get. For years I have always used main dealer finance, but this time, I decided to get a quote from Charles and Dean. Best decision I made, saved on the quote compared to main dealer and very quick and easy to deal with. Would I use again, in a heart beat, never buying another car without first getting a quote from them.

I contacted Charles and Dean initially for a comparison quote I had received from my dealer and C&D were able to provide me with a better finance offer that worked for me. The communication and speed the paperwork was processed was great and required minimal work from my side. When my initial finance was sorted I wondered if the finance on my other second vehicle could be better than the dealer finance I had in place and asked the question, one week later my finance agreement was changed on my second vehicle at a must reduced rate! Thanks again.
