"Very disappointed"

Very disappointed. The balloons came all tangled up. We paid a lot of money and people arrived whilst we was still trying to untangle them all, one personalised photo ballon came deflated. Caused me stress and upset. My auntie collected my order for me, the staff didn’t give them my whole order just tangled balloons. So caused a big delay as we had to go back .
