I've never been through this before and Ian spoke to me thorough he explained everything that happens, when he needed more pictures to help my claim out he even apologised saying I no you have already sent enough. But I was happy and willing to do more. I then spoke to Amy and she was just as lovely. These 2 people have really made me feel at ease and even said they hope my son feels better on numerous occasions which was lovely to hear. Thank you for all your support! I was told my case is straight forward but in fact they have asked me for the same information over and over again off my accident i was told my case was a quick easy straight forward case but in fact i was wrong and had the worst expierience as this caused me to much stress so i have decided to close the case because off this reason!

"Successful Claim"
Earlier this year I suffered a deep laceration to one of my fingers due to a faulty chair at a local family restaurant. Normaly, I would have put it down to "just one of those things" but when of the restaurant team informed that a similar accident had occured not long ago, & that accident could have happened to any of my 3 children with me, I did feel somewhat aggrieved.
Having never done a claim against any company in the past I really was not sure whether to pursue & if is who with.
It was then after research that I came accross Ian at Direct2Compensation.After an initial filling out forms online, Ian replied swiftly offering a telephone consultation with no pressure in moving forward with the claim if I did not wish to do so.
He was very knowledgable, understanding & sympathetic to my claim. He assured me that there was no upfront costs involved & payement of 25% would only be recovered if my claim was succesfull.
I agreed & within 3-4 months my claim was successful with an award of £2750 (£2062 after the legal contribution). Ian was fantastic throughout & passed my case to a local solicitor who also were great in bringing the claim to a successful conclusion.
Claims aren't just about money but are bringing companies to account. Accidents are what they are, but most are preventable & hopefully mine will not be repeated by another customer in which should be a safe envirenment for all
