My first order from The Whisky List and appreciate the level of service and great prices on the products.

"My order was forgotten for weeks. "

They have been great so far. But my latest order made in mid February was forgotten by their distributers. They only did something until I contacted them about it twice, 2 weeks later, when my tracking information said it was delayed. It was resolved but it will be another 2 weeks for my order to finally arrive. I'm not angry, just disappointed.
