Hello,the customer support of Babymore is great, the pram chassis broke and I got a replacement within 2 days with DPD delivery, solved the problem very quickly.If you buy anything from the Babymore retailers I would recommend not to forget to register the product on Babymore website for extended warranty.

We love the Babymore Eva Sleigh Drop Side Cot Bed! It’s beautifully designed, super sturdy, and the drop-side feature makes life so much easier during night feeds. The adjustable mattress height is great as our baby grows, and it even converts into a toddler bed, which is such a bonus. Assembly was simple, and it looks stunning in the nursery. Highly recommend it!
