"Excellent, would recommend"

I sold my flat through MLH last month and was very happy with the service that I received, and because I was moving abroad, I was impressed with how they honoured my tight deadlines and kept me in the loop with progress. My flat was previously managed by MLH for 3.5 years and again, I was very happy with the service, in particular their dealings with a couple of tenant issues. I would recommend MLH and will use them again if the situation arose

"Good & Bad, nothing in between"

MLH just sold my flat today after a very drawn out sale caused in part by MLH having too many people dealing with the same thing. The buyer was a nightmare but many issues could have been avoided.
They have some great senior staff , Wendy Gould has been excellent, but the junior staff are inexperienced and it shows. Communication between them and those in charge can be poor and irritating.
