But after a week Fedex sent me a letter to pay customs.
I expressed my surprise to the company.
But they could not do anything.
So, I had to pay customs. If I woud have known I would not have buy anything.
I simply want to warn consumers.
However, I must say that customer service has followed the case and responded quickly to all emails.
But they haven't been able to do anything to avoid the fedex charge.
