"Total scam"

Total scam. The items come from Karachi, PK. The website has nothing that says this, show Los Angeles, CA. Jacket is crap - colors are faded, not worth the price and runs very small adult sizes should be youth. Horrible customer service. They do not ship items for at least 25 days after they debit your account. This is the other scam for their returns. Read the return section, you will not get a refund. Jasril George will not give you a refund. This is a scam DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR WHATEVER THIS IS.

Would NOT recommend!! Terrible customer service- very poor quality of clothing- very difficult company to work with - will not do refund for ANY reason — very dissatisfied one time customer!! They will automatically deduct $50.00 dollars and will not pay for you to return item - they will not send a shipping label - so it’s basically a dead end if you are unhappy with purchase - very dissatisfied

"Real Business — Great Quality, Just Read Their Policy"

Real and trustworthy business — Got the jacket depicted on the site. Some small details are a bit different but the jacket is comfortable and high quality, so it's not a problem.

Make sure to check the return/exchange policy or you'll end up losing $60 for picking the wrong size! Unfortunately that's pretty much what happened to me. :/

Customer service is very responsive and does their best to help out.

I purchased a green corduroy Little Joe Cartwright jacket like the one Michael Landon wore on Bonanza. Very well made and as close as I could find to the original, given the price! I had to have my tailor do a couple of alterations. ( Their size small is more like a medium - large) But I am happy with it!! Special thanks to Jasril George and everyone @ Jackets Creator! Talk about making returns as difficult as possible, they don't explain how to ship the item, no instructions at all, they assume that you already know how to return it without any explanation

I love the TV series “Yellowstone” and the actress Kelly Reilly wears this beautiful Lindsay Thornburg poncho that I HAD TO HAVE! Unfortunately the original was $1400 so I did some research and found this company. A representative emailed me with a video link on how to measure myself and I got the jacket less than 3 weeks later. It’s made beautifully and looks identical to the designer poncho I love so much. I will definitely order from here again!!

Horrible company. The quality of the jacket was almost amusing, I thought it was a joke.. I purchased this for my father and got all his measurements and compared it to what is shown online and it didn’t match up at all. I was super embarrassed when my Dad opened the package, not only because of the horrible jacket that was sent but the nasty strong smell of gasoline all over the jacket. Then, shipping took FOREVER! I reached out to customer service SO many times and no response for weeks and weeks. By the time they did respond it was “past the 30 day return” period and they didn’t want to help me at all. They actually just tried to blame me for everything?
I am just so disappointed in everything dealing with this company and would advise you to just stay away.
Oh, and another thing - the company makes you believe they are based out of California, which is a lie. The package came from another country!
