"a fantastic experience from start to finish"

Apple have done a brilliant job on my windows and doors the sales side of the operation was very much a no pressure sale the gent who came to our house was courteous and very patient as he went through the construction and manufacture of his product, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the design of our new windows. when the team arrived to install the windows and doors they were clean, efficient and very fast. the finish was very good and they left the house immaculate, one panel in one window cracked on installation but was replaced within 3 days with no problems and good grace by Apple. if you are thinking of getting new windows or doors then I cant recommend this company enough.

"Reassuring Quality"

We experienced a number of rather pushy sales people before we stumbled upon Apple during an online search. Their sales rep gave us lots of time and a measured opinion on our options for a new front door and replacement weatherboarding. Once we agreed on the work, the service proved to be excellent. The fitters were quick and efficient. We received regular calls to make sure workers were on site and that we were happy with how things were progressing.

The quality of the installation is worth the 5 stars alone and we will certainly look to Apple for any improvements we need completing in future.

Apple were totally Professional in everything they did. From the first meeting they were polite, thorough and kept all their promises. The quotes and explanation of the work were spot on, and timelines were followed very closely. The work was done quickly and with minimum of fuss, there was little disruption to our every day lives. The product has been just as they promised and has been commented by visitors many times, it has made a big difference to our house. I would have no problem recommending Apple to anyone, they were first class.

From when the sales man first came round felt at ease and not pressured to buy. I was kept up to date all the way through and could get a date for fitting that suited me. Fitters were excellent and very clean. Would highly recommend the company and I will use apple agsin.

Terry the installation engineer was prompt, efficient and knowledgable. He completed the installation with skill. The area where he had been working was very tidy and clean on completion. He odemonstrated the operation of the door locks before he departed. I would commend him and say that he is a great asset to the company.

"Review of home insulation operation"

Twas on a monday morning that the team arrived as Flanders And Swann used to sing. The two workmen appeared on time, were very pleasant and polite and quickly prepared the house for the installation by putting down protective floor covering and bringing in their tubing. After a quick Cuppa supplied by us and gratefully received they proceeded to install the roof insulation. This was completed by mid-afternoon and we were invited into the loft to inspect the work and see if it was to our satisfaction. After a very efficient clean up they left us with a tidy well insulated loft.

As the title suggests, as a customer, you couldn't ask for more. The entire process from the salesman right through the admin staff, the installers to the after sales care, was entirely smooth and consummately professional. This is one of those 'they say what they do and they do what they say' situations. I have recommended them to family and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone reading this review.
