"unusable!!"

Using Twillio connected to Mobile Knowledge Systems with application unusable. Interface randomly performing bogus callouts to customers. Continuing useage charges with no fix in place. Do not recommend.

"Best API Period"

We've used Twilio now for about a year and it's fantastic. SMS is always up and running. Support is fantastic. Answer my issues promptly. Way to go Twilio!

"Top notch with performance, stability and ease-of-integration"

Voice, MMS/SMS and Video is a real time data flow that can be quite tricky to implement with the wrong partner. I'm glad we chose Twilio as ours, we've improved our customer satisfaction via automated voice and mobile alerts and have redesigned our voice system using their elastic SIP trunks saving us 78% over our previous VoIP provider.

I rely on Twilio for telephone conferencing. They are reliable and the rare times there is a problem support is outstanding.

Relatively few problems but understanding how to correct those when they happen are challenging with the confirmation/receipt email and then the follow up process.

"Keep going!"

You guys have some great technology, but you need to do a better job communicating capabilities and limitations in a clear way. You also need to pursue completing your service offerings across the globe.

Example: SMS recipients not being able to opt out of text messages in all countries. This is an important compliance issue and it should be very clear where this is and is not available, and getting to the point where you can collect opt outs everywhere should be pursued with vigor.

"You're the best on the market but we still get dropped calls"

I want to really really like you guys. It'd be so easy. You were a delight to integrate with. But we get a lot of dropped calls. Not sure why. We're gonna keep using you. You're the best there is. I just wish the best was better.
