This is a fraud business which believes in duping customers only. Quality of saree is not Good , colours and designs vary from the printed brochure and after sales is pathetic. If you return the saree there is no acknowledgment and one keeps wondering that the money and saree both are gone. I suggest aggrieved customers need to approach consumer forum, lodge a police complaint and expose this in media through Fb, Instagram and Twitter. Such fraud businessmen need to be exposed else hundreds of customers will be taken for a ride

1. Quality of the product is not good.
They said its chickankari but it was just rubber print.

2. When i got the order ....i sent an email to customer service, sent mesages on watsapp, tried contacting them through phone and also on insta but no reply.
its been over 5 days and no response however.

I am a big supporter of start ups because they are passionate about their customers and go out of way to please them. My silk love is anything but that. They only care about sales, my shipment is delayed by 10 days and still has not reached me - they are unreliable if you’re buying sarees for any occasion. It has been 20 days since I placed my order. More than the delay what’s frustrating is they don’t respond on WhatsApp, emails or social media.

Either sell in according to your capacity or build a capable customer support team that is helpful and doesn’t harass customers. Also, form a better relationship with your logistics provider.

One tip for customers - Pls only do CoD with them - this way your cash is not stuck at least.
