"No Customer Service....AT ALL!"
I purchased the Wunder2 Last & Foundation. After trying it, I did an online chat to return it as I found it wasn't as described (transferred a lot, and got a lot of shine with it). The shade was also way off what was advertised.
The agent was very brusque, I could tell they were annoyed at having to deal with the request. One word answers, and just incredibly rude. They sent me a returns form, but no Returns Authorisation Code, and then ended the chat, so I can't return the product anyway!
Basically, they say they have a returns policy but they will leave you with a product that is totally unsuitable and keep your money anyway. AVOID!

"Scam"
Do not use this company! They kept mithering me to say I had £6.50 credit. In the end I decided to visit the website. I picked a product worth £19.95 and added my credit note. Lo and behold it said it was not valid on this purchase! Total scam, just getting you onto the website then hoping you will continue with the purchase. Don’t bother!

"Best Customer Service"
I have been ordering products from this company for few years now. Have no complaints, everything i have tried was great. I had a small hiccup with mascara but it was replaced right away. The customer service is seriously on point, they are such a pleasure to deal with even if there is an issue. Highly recommend.

"It’s 17 days since I placed my order"
It’s 17 days since I placed my order. I have been advised it was at the warehouse ready to be dispatched 13 days ago and no tracking info yet. I have contacted their customer service 3 times and I’m hold it is priority - doubt that. After dispatch it’ll be a further 10 days for delivery. No where on their website does it state it would take more than 5 working days. Customer service is not up to standard. Even with the current global crisis I have not been misadvised or received late packages from over 5 different companies. Shocking

"Very poor customer service!"
I have purchased Wunder2 eyeliner pencisl a number of times.
Unfortunately i couldn't find a sharpner that would sharpen my eyeliner pencil.
I ordered the sharpner specifically for that eye liner.
I Paid for postage when it arrived much to my disappointment the pencil would not fit into the sharpner.
What of waste of time and money!
I called Wunder2 customer service who advised me that i could send it back but i would have to pay for the postage.
The customer service is absolutely a waste of time. Even though i like the eye liner due to poor customer aftercare i will not be buying from Wunder 2 again.

"Purchased TWO D-fine dual ended pencils…"
Purchased TWO D-fine dual ended pencils and BOTH broke. The screw on component of the gel side completely fell off and the pencil came out. Since I purchased them in store the company would not replace them. (Store wouldn’t replace without receipt). I was told at first they would send a replacement but later told they could not help me at all. I even sent multiple photos with proof that the products were faulty! Such bad customer service AND products.

"I’ve used wunder brow now for years and…"
I’ve used wunder brow now for years and have never had any issues and genuinely believe this is a great product. And obviously out of curiosity started trying the other products which have also lived up to them being great products. Although during a reorder of makeup one of the products reduced in size and quality and had left a review on Wunder2 website challenging this(which because was under 4-5 stars was removed). After this I emailed the customer service team with the same enquiry which was replied with the generic “someone will get back to you shortly” but then nothing. This company almost creates the illusion online that everyone raves and loves the products but as a matter of fact when a customer challenges a change or a problem with a product this is dismissed and ignored. Highly unprofessional and not genuine and honest. If you’re willing to change a product and a customer challenges you then let them know why! 100% put off now purely down to the pure ignorance of the company.
