"False Advertising"

Google and other's list these guys as having free shipping. Not only are the google prices different from what you can find searching their site directly, but they load the order up with processing, shipping, and handling fees. This is blatant and unexcusable false advertising.

"Buyer Beware!"

Web eye care.com charges a processing fee that is not disclosed until after you have paid for your order! When ordering 8 units of the same item you assume that the total price shown is for the 8 units at the price disclosed. At webeyecare it is not the price calculated for the disclosed price it is the price per unit plus a processing fee. With this fee the contacts cost the same or more than other sites on the web. I can assure you these short glowing reviews are posted by the company. Stay away from this company and go to one that is honest and does not have to write glowing reviews to off set the real ones which are all bad! There is nothing I like about this company!!

"Will not order again...."

I ordered my contact lenses from this website back in November 2010. It took until January 2011 to receive all of the correct lenses. The first shipment that I received had 8 boxes of one prescription when I ordered 4 boxes for the left eye and 4 boxes for the right eye. I have a different prescription for each eye. I didn't even provide them with the information. They had to contact my eye doctor to get my prescriptions. The eye doctor's office gave them the correct information. I couldn't ever reach an actual person when calling Customer Service. I always had to leave a message and have someone call me back. That was annoying. I had to play phone tag with them for a few weeks. I was told they were sending out the rest of the correct lenses to me and a prepaid label so I could return the wrong lenses to them. I received the second box during the holidays and those lenses were wrong too. The last number of the prescription was not correct. They were closed for the holidays so I had to leave messages again. Then I was having trouble getting anybody to contact me back at all. I finally faxed them a bunch of information about the problem and then they called me. I just received the rest of the correct lenses a few days ago. It took almost 2 months to receive my full and correct order. I ordered from them since they were so reasonable on the cost of the lenses. I honestly don't think that I will order from them again. I was without contacts to wear since they kept messing up my order. I wasn't impressed with their Customer Service at all. I wouldn't advise people to order from them.

At first I was relatively happy with this company, but as the orders that arrived WEEKS late piled up and I kept getting contact lenses that were corroded (looking like lil rolled up pieces of film instead of gently resting in liquid upon opening)...I gotta suggest you go with another company! I am!

I have ordered contact lenses online before. Web eye care had the lower prices than the previous site I used. I called customer service to track my order and received detailed tracking information.

I ordered contacts for the first time with Web Eye. After an issue with my prescription, the manager took it into her own hands and kept me up to date until my contacts were shipped. I can't wait to order from Web Eye again!
