Cheapest contacts site that I’m aware of. Lots and lots of good promos/coupons all the time. Delivery can sometimes take a while but I don’t really think that this is WebEyeCare’s fault.

"They won't process my refund after eight weeks!"
I returned my contacts 8 weeks ago. They confirmed my return. And still have not processed my refund. Their policy is to refund in 2-4 weeks. I've called and emailed numerous times and they just tell me they're "getting to it.". I've lost faith this will happen and now they've just stolen my money.
UPDATE: After I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I received my refund. That was a complete headache.

"DONT PAY FOR ONLINE EYE EXAM. RIPOFF"
I ordered contacts and was told my prescription expired. Normally I go to the eye dr every year but my eye dr quit taking my insurance. Web eye care sends me an email saying for $19.99 they will perform an eye exam online. I am skeptical but I paid because I didn't want to wait until I find another eye dr. I take the test and they tell me that my eyes have changed and I need to see an eye dr. I paid to hear that? what a rip off. They already took the money out of my account for the contacts?
Now I'm thinking why would you take the money before everything is complete?

"Fraudulent"
Fraudulent. At the very end of the purchase process they slip in a "processing fee" of more than 50% of the purchase price, or over $200. This allows them to advertise a price that is not remotely reflective of what they will actually charge, and therefore appear to be lower than the competition.
