so this place was $80 cheaper, but took 33 days to get me my contacts… i do have custom made multi-focal with a stigmatism, so that takes longer… i totally think it’s worth it, just order ahead… FYI the customer service is OUTSTANDING!! they always answered the phone and were cool about talking and checking on my order

I had a really good experience with Web eye care overall.
The only problem is that when I called Customer service, it was hard to hear the representative because there was interference on the other line and static and the call kept breaking up.
I do not have the patience to type out everything again that I thoughtfully typed out the first time.

I would like to say it takes for ever but 10 days has passed , no contacts , no tracking number. Customer Service is non existent. I decided to buy here because they offered a 3 pack of what I need but I regret my decision should have stuck to my current provider and paid the difference. DO YOUR SELVES A FAVOR DO NOT BUY FROM HERE .
