A good instructor who "knew" how to engage the class and to pass on the information in a entertaining way, therefore helping the "new" instructors learn many different ideas and styles on how to impart information!
The room was light and had aircon, with plenty of space for the practical instruction, with good, clean facilities. Plenty of parking spaces on site and very close to the classroom. Tea and Coffee readily available, personally the food was not as "good" as I and others expected and was a little dry at times, but other than that it was "ok" The staff were very helpful and catered for the different dietary requirement within the class.
All in all a very good informative and enjoyable week.

"First Aid instructor Training course - a week duration"

The training was very insightful and informative. The instructor was very knowledgeable and aware of the roles and responsibilities of a first aider in different situation e.g. choking, seizure, heavy bleeding.

I was able to broaden my practical awareness in being a first aider in my setting and knowing the steps to take when calling the ambulance e.g. LIONEL.
