"Temperature display on shower is not…"
Temperature display on shower is not working properly and only shows half the numbers the rest you have to guess.
There is a gap between two of the wall panels wide enough to allow water to penetrate.
Walls badly fitted needing large areas of sealant to prevent water penetration at the bottom.

Poor quality of workmanship, poor communication, goods not delivered on time - delaying installation. Hot and cold feed reversed, 5 ml gap between screen and tray- causing damage to kitchen ceiling. Three visits to get work rectified. When asked for a gesture/ compensation for our aging mother she was sent a Co Op gift card after 3 attempts (sent to wrong address) it was invalid. Finally received a M&S card for £15 - some gesture for £4500 installation. Management and staff rude when dealing with a problem and engineer work shoddy.

"Bathing problem in new house"
Having recently moved home and finding that my new home still had a bath with shower over, and being of advanced age(90) I felt that an
independent shower was more suitable for my needs than having to negotiate climbing into a bath every time,added to which, if I were
to fall, or sit in a bath I might never be able to get out again !!
I did my research for a replacement, and finally settled on WASAB
to do the work, and could not be more pleased with the result,from the initial survey to the finished result, every thing was taken care of, all i had to do was pay the bill, which was inside my budget.
I now have a shower which I can walk straight in to with no problem
and completely fills my needs.

"Bad work, worse customer service"
Installation quoted as six days but took three weeks. Firm informed that installation was going wrong from week one but did not investigate until refusal to pay the final payment. Then the installation had to be taken out and put right taking another three weeks to organise

"The bath is great but oh dear!"
The bath is great, but was spoilt by the after service. The two who install the bath were excellent, but we were let down by the firm. firstly they forgot to send the end panel, we phoned to let them know, they sent a panel very quickly but it was the wrong one, after a further call we received the correct one but no screws to fix it. Fixing was left. to my 85 year husband who found it difficult as it didn’t fit properly and we still didn’t have the correct screws, the ones we could find were brass on a white bath! We have since had a carpet fitted in the bathroom, the carpet fitters were not impressed by what they called a botched job, such a shame on a expensive job.We are very disappointed .
