After purchasing windows and doors I used Omni to finance them as recommended by the company that supplied my windows. I was told to pay the balance 12 months later to not incur interest however I was miss guided by Safestyle and overlooked the date. I paid the balance of £3600 10 hours after the date, I was told I owe the interest too because I was late paying. £474 interest! Absolute joke, I have complained and got no where, this is clearly how they make money through. I would never use this company again and would definitely NOT recommend them either

This is the first time i called the company and my experience was good. Hopefully, If i need any other assistance in future, other employees will be as good as Tyler was.
