Very helpful staff, prompt and efficient service and good at explaining what information was required. The hospital had said they were good and they were right - in fact the finance arrangements were much more efficient than the hospital's admin system

This is a very long and tedious process and has proved very difficult the 24/7 help is useless. It will only receive a bank card for payment, not a bank transfer so I had to reorder a new bank card. Now I can't get logged in = it says wrong password but when I request a password reset it does not send it. I keep getting stuck with this process, very unhelpful.
