"Software was ok, refund policy should be illegal."

Software was ok, not amazing.

Be aware cancelling via their site doesn’t always cancel so you end up getting charged and then they don’t want to refund the first month!

These terms are unfair, and getting a refund is hard. Currently going via PayPal to try and resolve.

It doesn't require any technical coding background to export the data. There are various templates created and the user should just attach the URL of specific social media page. Also, I appreciate the efforts of Support Team. They have been generous, approachable and ethical at their work.

Great Customer Support and a Good Scraper
I have some websites to scrape weekly to get the most updated data for my business. After I first emailed them with my project details, they got back to me very quickly with some sample data. We jumped into a call soon and confirmed the receiving date of crawlers. I went for a package solution with free crawler set-up quota. Quite good for businessmen who have no time to play around with some advanced features.

the software is janky and takes some time to master. however, the customer support was super helpful. they were responsive and even troubleshoot my task in order to make it work properly.

If you want the software to do more than the basic stuff, it gets hard to impossible, even if it looks simple to do, maybe you have to think chinese... Though it`s possible, and then works well.

the programs are written in chinese- the reviews are fake- they dont return the funs and Paypal is closing their account but they keep on opening new ones with new email address. CHINESE SCAM

"Impossible to Refund & One of the Worst Software"

First they will make your refund almost impossible to get, if you pay through paypal. they refund you very small amount to make paypal detects that you already got refunded. I mean what kind of software cost this much per month

Second, I have use their software, they ONLY can extract website with consistent amount of div, (but most data heavy website is an ugly ones). So it is very useless software.

Im still unable to extract good data from the government.. so with that prices, better not
