Ik ben niet blij met de fiets ik heb ouxi v8 1.0 gehaald hij maakt allemaal rare krakende geluiden terwijl die net nieuw is en toen die kwam was de band lek en moest ik hem zelf in vorm zetten terwijl hij monteerd hoort te komen en extra betaald voor dat en gevraagd om te ruilen of retourneren maar ze weigeren allebei

Waited 4 days for the bike to be delivered. But the site said it should be delivered the next day. I think if If I did not bug them everyday (WhatsApp and Email) then they would have delivered it even later. I honestly thought they were scammers because of their response and the delivery time. Another down side is that I ordered the bundle which included the alarm. That not did arrive, after I messaged them they said they will send me the GPS tracker instead as the alarm was not in stock and would be delivered the next day. I am still waiting and without any track&trace. They could have indicated that on the site or even messaged me. But I had to ask.

The only reason why I gave it 3 stars is because the bike was delivered in good condition, no scratches. The advise I would give to VoltFiets is that you need to change your website to not say "Order before 2pm and get it delivered tomorrow" You should know if you are too busy you should say 2 weeks so that people will know. Also the communication was horrible. So get more people in to focus only on that! Also the bike was just handed to me not explaining how it works I had to figure it out myself. Also if you think you will get the "gashandle" that is not included. Might be because of laws, but again that should also be indicated on the website or at least let the consumer decide if they want to put it on or not.

If you are planning to buy a bike from them and you are impatient I suggest you go directly to their shop as you will wait a few days for the bike to be delivered.

Blij met de service! Bestelling geplaatst en koos ervoor om deze zelf op te halen bij Voltfiets in Haarlem. Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk! Onderdelen voor de Ouxi V8 zijn hier stukken goedkoper dan bij andere partijen! Keep up the good work 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

"5 sterren -2 sterren ivm slechte contactmogelijkheden"

Nadat de fatbike accu kapot ging werd een nieuw schermpje gestuurd. Dit loste het niet op en het duurde 3 weken voordat we (via app) echt contact kregen. We mochten langs komen met de fatbike en het probleem is netjes opgelost. We waren de lader vergeten mee terug te nemen maar deze werd kosteloos nagestuurd.

Qua contact kan (en moet) het echt beter, ook heel vervelend dat contact alleen via app is. Je gaat bijna denken dat je opgelicht bent, omdat reactie op de app uitblijft. Qua meedenken en verdere service dikke 5 sterren!
