"RUN - it's a scam!"

I can kick myself for not doing my homework. I was looking to monitor my son's whatsapp after him and some of his friends were sending inappropriate messages.

I looked through many websites and settled on eyeZy. According to the website, I can monitor my son's whatsapps (even deleted messages) on his Iphone, installation is super easy (I just need the icloud info)!
Easy right? So I bit the bullet and bought an ANNUAL subscription for $120.00

Payment made, icloud info entered and sure... got to the dashboard seeing my son's contacts. But no whatsapp! I started a chat with Eyeze and was told... NOOOOOO, I need to pay ADDITIONAL $60.00 PER MONTH!!!!!! to get it to work on the iphone. I argued as I was looking at the website and the option to use "icloud sync" did not say anything about jailbreaking or paying additional money.

It's a scam, it's a scam, it's a scam!!!!!

So my choices are: 1) walk away and lose the $120.00 already paid, or fork out more money.

Support is very hard to reach. You get an online appoinment after 7 days where no support got online.
The next appointment was after another 7 days.
The support could not help to install software.
After 4 weeks waiting for refund as always just a generic email was sent that they will not refund.
I never got an e-mail to my questions, they send only generic phrases each time the same.
I will NOT recommend it at all!!!

Tentativo di frode!! State alla larga da questa app, memorizza i dati della vostra carta e riesce a fare transazioni a vostra insaputa, perché non arriva alcuna notifica per autorizzare i pagamenti.
Mi sono fidata delle opinioni (probabilmente non vere) e fatto l'abbonamento annuale. Mi sono trovata in fattura anche dei servizi non aggiunti al carrello da me. Parlato con il billing e niente rimborso...
Nel frattempo l'app e la dashboard hanno smesso di funzionare, ogni giorno la connessione si perde, contattato il loro customer service ogni giorno quasi, per 14 giorni!!! Alla fine ho chiesto il rimborso, ma niente da fare!!
Non capisco come sia possibile che nel web ne parlino, e anche bene, per me è stata una truffa! Niente rimborso, niente app funzionante... Delusione infinita!!! Soldi sprecati!!! Capisco perché non abbiano il periodo di prova!

Sapete benissimo chi sono perché ho scritto molte mail al vostro supporto e sono ancora in attesa del mio rimborso.

Per rendere la cosa ancora più spiacevole continuate a fare finta di niente.

Don't ever use this app if you don't want to experience what i've been experienced! You can't even get a refund for ANY reasons, when you read their refund policy, it doesn't make sense. They don't reply your email again after one reply when you asked a refund. Don't waste your money in this scam app. They make profit with this kind of ''refund policy'' scheme.
