It's convenient to use the app as you can enter your account on your smartphone using any browser. However, I'm only aware of the benefits of android monitoring. They also have great customer service

"Totally misleading website - SCAM"

The website and app info sell features that aren't in the app. Actual app is extremely limited. Web based dashboard does more but social monitoring not possible without a computer. I have tried to get a refund and they keep trying to offer more deals. Eventually they tell me that me not having a computer is an issue beyond their control so not something they can refund for. Total scammers, have reported them. Customer ID: 8431875

"Scam all around..."

There is absolutely no customer service unless you sign up for extra per month. The app did about a tenth of what was advertised. What it did do still missed things. And it stopped working entirely after 6 weeks. When trying to cancel, they have about 5 or 6 standard "are you sure" type pages to get through before they send a code to verify your email. I'm still waiting for that code 30 mins later to hit my email. I filled out the forms twice just to be sure along with checking my spam folder. Also, to give an idea this is my first review on trustpilot. I just signed up. They also send a code to your email; the same email. The trustpilot code showed up within seconds. This company absolutely has something fishy going on with it. Don't trust it.

SCAM! Do not waste your money on any of these services as none of them work. Technical support is useless and they are ignoring my request for a refund.

I am taking legal action and also reporting them to trading standards.

Lost By all That bad experiences since i subscribe 2 times the 50€ Plan. It seens all about a scam... and no one can help me.. 2 weeks later i got a live chat with This JACK BRAINS ( name seems for me like a principal actor from guardian of galaxy now) and he got everything on the rails. I can FINALLY ... use my subscribtions.... Thanks mate.

"AVOID it for iPhone.."

Don't know about Android, but if you have iPhone, those are absolutely trashed money. You must have iCloud credentials (ok...), but then.. you have exactly what you can see in iCloud!!
They promise social app visibility but this is NOT true. And you cannot try the features BEFORE buying at least 60 USD of service. Just to discover that it is a FRAUD. Asked to recede, NO answer.
