Don’t believe the positive reviews. This company is a complete fraud. Website makes promises that simply aren’t true. There is no money back guarantee despite “try now” all over the website. They have you agree to the terms and service as soon as you enter your email, prior to seeing any prices or paying, etc. The terms of service say that you are acknowledging review of the compatibility list but they do not provide that list, or a link to the list. Notice how many negative reviewers give their customer ID in the review (sometimes twice) and the company’s response is something to the effect of ‘kindly provide your customer ID number so we can assist you further’. That should tell you all you need to know. I checked the compatibility list. Product simply does not do what they claim it does and they refuse to issue a refund. Also, beware that if you are trying to sync via iCloud, the two factor authentication alert will show a device is trying to access your child’s device from all over the globe. Yes, that is what parents who are trying to monitor their children want… their kids’ devices getting hacked because they hit allow thinking they were approving their parents monitoring them. Beyond insane.

This app is completely insufficient, I did everything I was told to, it all set up fine, within 24hours the only things that worked were WhatsApp and Texts, I spoke to the live Chat whom twice told me they were too busy to talk to me, finally I emailed, argued back and forth for days on how their "policy" is "no refund" no matter what the problem is, eventually I was offered a 25% refund as a "goodwill" gesture, after some time my app stopped working altogether and was telling me to pay for a new subscription, I emailed, waited 2 days, was then told to speak to the live Chat whom told me as I was given 25% refund my account had now been disabled and he had nothing to do with billing and to email them.
Total waste of my money and my time.
All I wanted to do was make sure my little boy was safe.
Please don't waste your money or time with this company

I received a request for my ID 11/11/2023 which I sent and the response you see is from today 04/12/2023 requesting the same information that I provided them with as requested weeks ago, no resolution at all!

Recommend this app for all-around device monitoring :) Great for newbies and techies alike, gives you a lot of features and control some of which you thought you'd never need.

Just be sure to check if it's compatible with your device and it's basically smooth sailing :)

"EyeZy is not invisible"

Installed eyeZy on a Samsung phone, but had to uninstall prior to giving the phone back to my teenager kid. I paid for 3months and I am left with nothing, as refunds are not accepted.
Two issues:
1) it was immediately detected as malware by Norton Antivirus,
2) the phone shows the 'Update service' as one of two apps running in the background (the other one being pedometer - step counter). Though it does not appear as 'Eyezy', I think a new app called 'Update service' would immediately attract attention of the user. A quick check in google is enough to find what it is.
I went through the installation twice to make sure I did everything correct.
I think Eyezy is good for smaller kids, who are not so efficient in using a phone, but definitely would not recommend for teenagers or adults.
BTW, I wrote an email to Support, but until now no response (day 3).

This company constitutes fraudulent activity. A customer service representative by the name of Harry Stone on his website sold me an ultimate package, claiming that a hidden software would be installed on my child's phone for monitoring purposes. However, this proved to be untrue. I never received the promised ultimate package, and they are refusing to issue a refund. This is a clear case of an SCAM.

Wish I could give this negative stars. Was bought by mistake and asked to cancel and refund same day as does not work on iPhone and no comparable app. It has been 2 week battle and customer support is not hesitant and not responsive. I will have to report as fraud as I have email logs to prove. Please be careful and don’t waste money at all. This company is scam and fraud and any response to review is not legit since they don’t respond when you reach out.
